Inditra is an Indigenous owned startup using a sales aggregation model to allow Indigenous entities to participate at scale in multi-billion dollar industries they normally have no or little role in other than as consumers. 

Inditra owners are Indigenous, Inuit and Métis organizations from across Canada. They form Inditra LP. All operations flow through the LP. 

Inditra was created to fundamentally disrupt massive markets, empowering Indigenous peoples and allowing them to take control – and make money while doing so. Management services to Inditra LP are through a services agreement with Inditra GP. The GP is run by a management company for a limited term. At the end of the term, all GP functions revert to the LP owners. The GP is responsible for identifying industries to participate in (new Business Units) and establishing services agreements with existing industry vendors. 

Indigenous members will have options to train and then operate the various industry Business Units – up to and including C-Level. There are also options for Inditra to assume equity ownership and operational control of Business Unit Vendors.
